Axpo asked us to turn sustainability into a shared, company-wide commitment, starting from its new positioning, “The Power of Energy.”
Our idea was to involve employees directly, making them the protagonists of tangible initiatives connected to the three pillars of Axpo’s 3P framework: Planet, People, and Prosperity.
We conceived and delivered Power Forward, a year-long programme combining environmental volunteering, plogging activities, expert talks, employee storytelling, internal awards, and even a Fake News Busters campaign.
The result was a project that made Axpo’s ESG commitment tangible while strengthening employees’ sense of belonging and connection to the company.
