For Milan Design Week 2023, we conceived and produced an installation for Alcantara designed to express the brand’s essence through a fully immersive experience. The result was Through Alcantara, an exhibition project that positioned the brand at the heart of the ADI Design Museum — a landmark of Italian design and home of the Compasso d’Oro award.
Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking-Glass, we guided visitors across a symbolic threshold into the world of Alcantara.A three-dimensional journey of light, color, and material, where LEDs, touchscreens, analog elements, and video content interact with rolls of Alcantara, engaging sight, touch, and emotion.
A visually striking installation, entirely conceived and developed by Melismelis, designed to communicate the brand’s innovation and commitment to sustainability through a truly experiential narrative.
