For CGT, we developed #IFeelCGT, an employer branding project created to attract new talent and offer a genuine inside look at company life. The challenge was to bring the brand’s values to life through a truly authentic and human narrative — one told directly by the people who experience it every day.
We produced a series of seven videos, each dedicated to a key role within the company. Released on a weekly basis and supported by a targeted social advertising strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, the content reached both internal and external audiences. The result was an engaging and credible format that boosted engagement and reinforced CGT’s positioning as a workplace defined by growth and opportunity.
