Volotea has chosen Melismelis as its communications partner for the second edition of #Volotea4Veneto, the project dedicated to enhancing Veneto’s cultural heritage by engaging institutions, local communities and citizens in a participatory experience.
Following the success of the first edition in 2021, the agency developed the concept and managed the implementation of this year’s initiative for Volotea, overseeing the competition management, the coordination between the Veneto Region, SAVE Group and the cultural institutions involved, the development of the website, as well as media relations activities supporting the project launch.
The 2026 edition will award sponsorship funding worth nearly €40,000 to support local cultural projects. Competing for the funding are the Museo Civico of Bassano del Grappa, the Museo dei Fossili of the Lessinia Regional Natural Park, the Fondazione Querini Stampalia in Venice and the Museo Naturalistico Archeologico in Vicenza.
#Volotea4Veneto also confirms the long-standing partnership between Melismelis and Volotea, which began in 2012 when the airline entered the Italian market through Venice, the carrier’s first operational base in the country.
