Aquileia Capital Services has once again chosen Melismelis, entrusting it with the communication of the new Nopa (North of Parma) District urban redevelopment project.
The agency was awarded the contract following a tender. The winning idea behind the campaign was to give the neighbourhood a real identity by creating the concept of the “district”. In the first flight (13–26 September), the communication did not focus on individual real estate projects, but on the Nopa District as a whole, i.e. on a new way of conceiving and experiencing the city.
The Melismelis team developed the naming, brand identity, website, BTL materials and a multi-channel offline and online advertising campaign, as well as directly managing the media planning. The communication also includes an impactful domination at the station in Parma and a commercial scheduled to air in The Space multiplex cinema in Parma and on Dazn.
The second phase of the campaign is scheduled for October and will feature the various real estate projects that make up the new district.
