Casa.it, the real estate portal for finding homes for sale and rent, is preparing to celebrate a Christmas marked by originality with Melismelis. In fact, a series of synergistic offline and online activities are about to begin, including an online Xmas Secret Concert dedicated to real estate agency owners and their clients.
Since the beginning of December, 700 real estate agencies in major Italian cities – from Rome to Milan, Bologna, Florence, Turin and Naples – have been receiving visits from Casa.it-branded bike messengers, a modern incarnation of Father Christmas who will be distributing decorations, window stickers, ornaments and everything else needed to get ready for Christmas. But the surprises don't end there! Among the many materials that are part of the creative project, there is also a QR Code that allows estate agents and their clients to watch a video of a Xmas Secret Concert.
Melismelis, in addition to being responsible for the conception, development of materials and coordination of the entire activity, also signed off on the production and realisation of the Christmas concert by Casa.it: from hiring the performers to filming, from editing to putting it online.
