We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team in Milan.
The role of Account Executive is a crucial role in our agency. Joining our team, you’ll be the first point of reference for our clients and have the task to coordinate and manage cross-functional processes and projects inside the agency.

As a Melismelis Account Executive you will:
- Have a direct relationship with clients – both national and international – and be their point of reference in the agency
- Manage omni-channel projects often involving all the core businesses of the agency, namely ATL and BTL communication campaigns, digital marketing, social media and events
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to respond the clients’ needs
- Manage clients’ day-by-day activities
- Develop both offline and online communication projects
- Participating in clients’ meeting, producing meeting reports
- Sharing clients’ brief with the internal creative departments
We are looking for a curious, smart and clever candidate who has:
- 1-3 years of experience in communication agencies or similar context
- Communication/marketing educational background
- Excellent English knowledge
- Knowledge of the digital communication world
- Experience in working with deadlines and respecting clients’ budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Good ability to engage people
- Good ability to work in team
- A problem-solving attitude
